Our warranty:
All our browbands come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. If any damage happens to your browband during this one year, including any damage caused by an accident (or your horse has eaten or stepped on it!) we will repair the browband free of charge.
If your browband suffers any damage after the warranty period, we are still happy to repair it – for just 9 € to cover the return postage.
Our crystal fly veils and stock pins are also covered by the same warranty.
Our crystals:
Preciosa crystals are ideal for use on browbands because of the way how the machine cuts the glass and it then catches the light. Preciosa crystals are genuine Czech crystals, made in the Czech Republic. There are many different colours produced by Preciosa – we offer most of them for use on our products.
We stock all the Preciosa colour range, if you can’t find the colour you need, please let us know – if this colour is available, we will be happy to order it specially for you for no extra costs. We can also do bespoke alternating chains and fade browbands upon request.
Stones come in 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm and newly in 8 mm sizes! The larger the stone, the bigger the sparkle.
Our Leather
The leather products are all made using Czech leather. Currently we only sell dark, light brown or black leather, but as we are expanding, are hoping to offer other leather colours as well.
All our browbands are backed using genuine leather for easy care and cleaning.
We offer our browbands as straight, curved or V-shaped, from 6- to 19-mm width.
Size Guide
Browband sizes are as follows: Pony: 14″ Cob: 15,4″ Full: 17,7″ XXFull: 18″ – we also have some 20″ browbands in black leather available on request.
Our standard loop size is 1.5″. We have found that this size fits the majority of bridle headpieces including comfort bridles – anyway, let us know if you have any questions related to this.
We also sell browbands with loops for rolled bridles or bridles that need the split loops for the throat lash (2.5″). Please contact us if you would like to order any of the designs with these special loops.
